Thank you for showing an interest in our product. As an avid bowhunter, I am always searching for quality products and frankly couldn't find anything that worked up to my standards, as far as a water repellent for fletching. So as they say, "Necessity is the mother of all inventions", I developed Arrow-Shield, an easy to apply and reliable water repellent. Field-testing has shown that feathers treated according to the instructions have been water resistant in harsh conditions. Feathers treated with Arrow-Shield show an amazing resilience to water and even after pro-longed exposure to moisture feathers retain their shape and do not "lay down". I believe that you too will be amazed at how water beads up and rolls off treated fletching. At worst, a quick snap will remove any stubborn beads of water.
